Virtual Cloud Call Center is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We do not sell, share or rent this information to others outside of the Virtual Cloud Call Center family of companies. Virtual Cloud Call Center collects information from our users at several different points within our site. When a person orders services through Virtual Cloud Call Center, we will request additional information on our sign-up form. This includes such things as financial and contact information that is used to provide correct billing and confirmation methods.
Signing Up
In order to benefit from the many services offered through Virtual Cloud Call Center, you must first complete the registration process. During sign-up you are required to give contact information. When you sign up for services on our site, the information collected is used to contact you about your chosen services. Email
Virtual Cloud Call Center could periodically send out e-mails informing you of events, service upgrades/specials and product sales. Virtual Cloud Call Center does not offer your e-mail address to lists or other companies.
Sharing of Lists
Virtual Cloud Call Center does not share lists except with partnered businesses. Virtual Cloud Call Center is the portal to outside companies that ship products and provide services to you. These companies do not share in the information we gather.

Virtual Cloud Call Center may maintain links on this website that refer to other sites. Virtual Cloud Call Center is not responsible for the content or privacy policies of these sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy policy of each and every website that collects personally identifiable information. Virtual Cloud Call Center provides its registered users with a secure online experience. To do this we use a variety of security measures to maintain the safety and confidentiality of your personal information. All user registration information is contained behind a firewall and only accessible by a limited number of employees who have special access rights to our production systems and accounts. Confidential personal information sent to us is transmitted using Secure Socket Layer technology. This information is then encrypted in our secure database, which in turn is protected by the firewall.
Customer Proprietary Network Information Notice
This information regarding Customer Proprietary Network Information, or CPNI, is provided in accordance with federal regulations that require telecommunications carriers to provide notice concerning a carrier’s use of CPNI.
CPNI is the information that Virtual Cloud Call Center gathers about its customers 1) that relates to the quantity, technical configuration, type, destination, and amount of use of telecommunications services subscribed to by its customers, and that is made available to Virtual Cloud Call Center by the customer solely by virtue of the carrier-customer relationship; and 2) information contained in the bills pertaining to telephone exchange service or telephone toll service received by a customer of a carrier. CPNI does not include subscriber list information.
