The standard package makes it easy to set up a remote work station regardless of geographic location. Since we include the calls as well it is quite easy and fast to set up additional work stations. Supervision can be done from anywhere as well.

All payments have to be received by Virtual Cloud Call Center via wire or deposit.

All monthly payments have to be received in full before the current month expires to avoid service interruption.

If the service is paid for 12 months in advance, a 15% discount applies.

If service is cancelled, 1 week written notice is required (email is fine).

The License/Usage fee will be returned within 30 days of cancellation.
